'Jack' Frost

....His wild mane and tail stood out like angry red flames against the never-ending blankets of snow...

Lead stallion of the Snow Drifters herd, who occupy the Sierra-Nevada mountain range in my novel "ThunderHearts".


He is known to horse-kind as Frost, but the two-leggeds know him as 'Jack'...hence the combined name 'Jack Frost'

One of Twister's many enemies, this stallion used to be a kind and good-natured fellow until Twister stole 3 of his mares. Ol' Frost kinda went crazy after that.

Frost left his homeland in search of new mares. He enjoys breaking into barns and stealing ranch mares. He fiercely attacks any human that dares to interrupt him during his thieving frenzy, thus earning him the nickname 'Crazy Jack'.
